We are looking for an experienced Marketing manager to take our prestigious brand to new heights with innovative ideas and strategies.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, marketing communication and public relation activities
  • Building brand awareness
  • Coordinating the appearance of all print and electronic materials
  • Leading projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
  • All communication and relationship management with the various constituencies including the current community and prospective parents and girls
  • Control of the marketing budget
  • Market research when necessary to determine effectiveness of strategy and customer satisfaction



  • A well-presented, self-motivated individual interested in working in a highly competitive environment
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Previous experience writing press releases, making presentations and overseeing designs in print materials and publications
  • A person with integrity and empathy for young people who understands the Christian ethos of the school
  • Familiarity with local, national and international education markets and trends would be an advantage
  • A highly effective communicator
  • An ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Highly computer literate and an expert in internet and social media with a demonstrated track record
  • Business or Marketing degree would be an added advantage
