Show Jumping

Courtney Gore completed in the Adult Show Jumping Championship for South Africa last week. She was placed second in her class in the Championship. Well done!

Hockey

The 1st Team hockey travelled to Bloemfontein for the Oranje 1st Team Top 8 Festival. What a wonderful display of hockey talent. The DGC team played 7 round robin pool matches and 2 cross over matches. They placed 8th overall and played with DGC heart and commitment. Well done to the 1st Team hockey team.

Waterpolo

Congratulations to Asanda Lajila who has been selected for the South African Junior Water Polo Team to participate in the Fina Junior World Championships in Mexico from the 17th until the 23rd August. This is the 3rd year that she has been selected. Well done Asanda! An excellent achievement.

Badminton

Congratulations to the following girls who represented DGC at the recent SA Senior Schools Championships. They were held in Durban from Friday 7th August to Monday 10th August.
